Phil, I am not sure why you need a seat belt, considering you have a magnum 357 in your mouth; but safey is important!! Hope you didn't hit a bump. Good thing you didn't need a security check to get into a car.
The renovations to the house appear to be progressin nicely; it should give you that "open concept" look that's big on the west coast.
Email me if you need more cash for drywall, nails and whatnot. Maybe Dave can "kick in" some funds.
